This policy explains how Sparkpro Industry ("chapter south", "we") collects and uses your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

what we collect

• Name, phone number, email (optional) and delivery address you give at checkout.
• Order details: items, amounts, payment status and the payment reference from our payment partner. We never receive your card, UPI PIN or bank credentials.
• Basic technical data such as IP address, used to prevent abuse (for example, rate-limiting one-time codes).

why we use it

• To verify your phone number, process payment, ship your order and handle returns.
• To send order updates on WhatsApp, SMS or email.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages unless you opt in.

who we share it with

Only with service providers who help us run the store: our payment partner (Cashfree Payments), our courier and logistics partners, WhatsApp (Meta) for one-time codes and order updates, and our hosting provider. They process data only to provide those services.

cookies and local storage

Your bag is stored in your own browser. After you verify your phone we set one essential cookie to keep you verified for checkout. We do not use advertising cookies.

retention

Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires. One-time-code records are deleted after a short period.
