where we ship

We ship across India to serviceable PIN codes through our courier partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.

dispatch and delivery time

Timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other events outside our control.

shipping charges

payment

All orders are prepaid (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets) through our payment partner. We do not offer cash on delivery at this time.

tracking

Once your order ships we send the tracking details to the phone number (WhatsApp) and email you gave at checkout.

failed delivery

If a shipment is returned to us because the address was incomplete or the recipient was unavailable after the courier's attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping; the additional shipping cost may be charged.

damaged or tampered packages

If the package looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse it or record an unboxing video and write to us at info.chaptersouth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
